This week Making Comics talked about the balance between text and image in a comic. It discussed 7 ways to balance the story between these two tools going from text telling you all you need to know to pictures telling you all you need to know and a combination of the two.
I feel that Hellboy Conqueror Worm has a lot of "parallel" moments where image and text don't really have to do with each other but somehow they both help to move the story along.
